   @JHoo, Always good to see you on this board. Appreciate your perspective and knowledge of the game. Stubborn is sometimes a good trait in a coach. Definitely agree with you that Tony Elliott is the first coach we’ve had since GW that knows what he wants his team to look like and play like. In short, a coach with a vision and model to build towards. That’s really important, in my mind, for sustained success.

      Thanks. Elliott really does harken back to GW in terms of commitment to concept. They both had a vision for how to execute a program, period, full stop. Not the same kind of personalities, of course. But from the start, it was easy to see that GW was coming in to do things a certain way, with a belief in what would work. Elliott has that attribute, too. Now whether he is as-right as GW was, we will see over time.
