The start of Virginia basketball season is now within sight. The Cavaliers meet Campbell on Wednesday, Nov. 6 and then face Coppin State on Monday, Nov. 11 to open the schedule. Both games are at 7 p.m. at the John Paul Jones Arena.

Virginia managed a 23-11 record and a 13-7 finish in the ACC last season. The Hoos made the NCAA Tournament field as a First Four team, but bowed out unceremoniously against Colorado State, 67-42. UVA has made the Big Dance in three of the last four seasons, but has lost the opener each time.
