Like most of you, I went into this game expecting a loss. Also, like most of you, I went into this very interested to see how the Cavaliers acquitted themselves. In that respect, they played above expectation. Even when the score was 41-25 with a little over two minutes remaining to be played, I didn’t expect the Hoos to come back. Yet, though the Tigers scored another short-field touchdown following a second onside kick to make the score 48-25, Virginia, as "Ol' Blue Eyes" Frank Sinatra would proclaim:
