With a “normal” offseason, a nearly full roster, and a long list of veterans returning, Virginia football coach Tony Elliott continues to monitor the program’s progress into year three. Through seven practices, Elliott says the Cavaliers are “ahead” from where they were a year ago as spring ball starts to shift to the “evaluation” period in the last eight practices.
