The Virginia basketball team closed out its non-conference schedule this week with a dominant 79-44 win against Morgan State. As has been the case throughout the season's first 12 games, Reece Beekman played a featured role for the Hoos as he posted 17 points, 7 assists, 2 blocked shots, and a steal.

Reece and at times Dunn have shown confidence and poise. Guy, Jerome, Dre, Diakite, Keyes, Huff, Hauser, and Trey were confident players. Many guys on this team do not show such aplomb. In home games we've played well, but not on the road or at neutral sites. The packline D is an anachronism, it is worthless against a team that makes a lot of treys. The 2019 NCAA champs won due to OFFENSE. I think Tony can reverse the recent breakdowns on D, rebounding, and he can field a team that can win 20 games. But it is going to be very worrisome to those of us who are used to future pros on our team
