Last season’s performance by UVA special teams players and Coaches was pitiful. At times, it bordered on embarrassing moments that tilted field position in favor of the opponents. Scoring opportunities were wasted and games lost. Gaither and his off field consultants were out of sync. No place to go but up. Fingers crossed.

Gaither according to this article appears to be learning to be a special teams coach…so why was he hired in the first place?
