The Virginia basketball team dropped a 68-65 game at Pittsburgh on Tuesday night. The game was the third ACC road game in a row and the Hoos exited the stretch with one win and two losses.

The Pitt defeat proved particularly disappointing, however, because the Cavaliers held a double-digit lead in the second half. The score stood at 44-32 in UVA's favor four minutes into the second half and things were humming along until they suddenly weren't. The Panthers tied the game in 4:12 and had the lead within 6 minutes of action.
