The Virginia football team finished with a 3-7 record this season. The campaign featured just one ACC win in the first year of the Tony Elliott era. As that record suggests, consistency eluded the Cavaliers as the changeover to new schemes never fully took root.

You gotta be kidding. XB showed promise at RB but no QB with D-1 experience, a patchwork offensive line again next year, losses at WR and slot. And no star power whatsoever, plus a 2nd year head coach. OH, and this whole mess with NIL, transfers, and "graduate students" is a lousy fit for UVA in general. Next year's team figures to be worse than this year's.
