On this episode of the Hoos On Podcast, presented by Joe Reed with Alcova Mortgage, The Camp Report debuts. This new series for the Hoos On Podcast will appear throughout Virginia football preseason camp where host Preston Willett and a guest will take you through the biggest headlines of the week for the Cavaliers leading up to the season opener.
In this first Camp Report, Mike Barber, the Editor-in-Chief of CVille Right Now, joins to break down the first day of UVA fall camp. Preston and Mike look at the headlines with Virginia being picked to finish 14th in the Preseason ACC Media Poll, Elliott claiming this is the deepest roster in the last four years, and the outlook for offensive coordinator Des Kitchings and the UVA offense.
Later Preston and Mike each pick an offensive and defensive player to watch as well as a position group to watch as fall camp heats up in the coming weeks.
You can also follow Preston Willett on Twitter. Make sure to listen here or through Apple Podcasts, Spotify, or your favorite podcast app. Both the Hoos On Podcast and the Preferred Walk-Ons Podcast are part of TheSabre.com Podcast Network.
