During a media availability this fall, Virginia basketball coach Ryan Odom casually mentioned that the team would have some new uniforms this season. That set off some excitement on social media in anticipation.
With the season set to start in a few days, the Hoos have unveiled the first of those new uniforms. Two more combinations are expected as well.
The first set is a white uniform with blue and orange trim. The right leg carries a retro V on the shorts. For the jerseys, the letters and numbers are orange with blue trim. They look similar to last year’s throwback uniforms with different fonts for the letters and numbers and the colors reversed.
